All services Shula offers are digital, custom-made, and executed upon request. They may not be resold or used for purposes other than those agreed upon.
2. Nature of the Service
Shula provides personalized digital services, including but not limited to:

- Professional profile enhancement (e.g., LinkedIn)
- One-on-one consultations
- Comprehensive career packages
All services are tailored to each client based on the information provided.
3. Terms of Use
- Services and deliverables may not be used for non-professional purposes, redistributed, or resold.
- It is strictly prohibited to copy, reuse, or republish any content provided by Shula without written permission.
- Shula reserves the right to cancel or terminate any service if the terms of use are violated, with or without a refund, depending on the stage of service.
4. Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our digital services, exchanges are limited to the following conditions:
- Services that have been started or completed cannot be exchanged for another.
- Services may be exchanged for an equivalent service only if work has not yet started, and subject to written approval from the Shula team.
- Shula reserves the right to deny any exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
5. Revisions
Some services include revision within a limited period (typically 3 business days after delivery).
Any additional revisions may be considered a new service and will be quoted accordingly.
6. Responsibility
- Shula is not responsible for career decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of any delivered service.
- The client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, which is essential for service delivery.
7. Communication and Support
- All communication will take place through official channels (email, phone, or approved platforms).
- The Shula team is committed to responding to inquiries within a reasonable time frame, not exceeding 72 business hours.
